Will Kearney

Will Kearney was raised in Alpharetta, Georgia and attended Georgia Tech where he graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in Business Administration.  After working for four years as a business analyst at a large non-profit organization, Will decided to return to school- this time at the University of Georgia. In his three years in Athens, Georgia, Will earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business. While at UGA, Will participated in externships with corporate counsel at one of Georgia’s largest private companies, as well as at a large Atlanta-based hospital system.

Will joined Adams | Hemingway in 2020 as an Of Counsel, primarily serving the firm’s corporate and transactional clients. Will also assists in matters involving commercial real estate and estate, trust, and tax planning.

Will and his wife Maggie married in 2015 and reside in Macon, Georgia. They enjoy spending time outside with their goldendoodle, Lucy.
